This fixture is TK-50 Series Fixture. I guess this model is TK50M.

Is this a replacement from that Schindler 5500?

Obviously not! These elevators are from 2010 and Schindler 5500 didn't exist until 2011 so what you're asking here doesn't make sense. Plus, these elevators are in a different building (Building B, the 5500s are in Building A which was completed in 2012).
