i think you made a mistake when you divided NPV by the initial investment. you should firstly add the initial investment to the NPV to get PV then divieded it by the initial investment

I believe he calculated it correctly. I followed the steps in this video exactly, and got the related profitability index problem correct in the homework I'm doing.
