Tia-Clair Toomey and Haley Adams - both back on the competition floor after taking a year off - put on an absolute show to open up the North America East Semifinal.
Toomey and Adams were neck-and-neck throughout Event 1, but ultimately, the six-time Fittest Woman on Earth took the win with touch-and-go clean and jerks.

Its gonna break my heart if we ever find out if Tia is and was on the juice. I love her to death, but she absolutely blows away every single top female athlete like they just started crossfit. She also competes with no belt. Heaven forbid.

I don’t mean to be negative or anything man but that’s all true. I’m not CrossFit athlete so I can’t speak on it. 100% but I’m pretty sure Matt Fraser and all them work too. I’ve never met anybody who can train eight hours a day with the weight and volume they do for six days a week, I love CrossFit and I love Tia toomey but the signs are there

@@polarbearfitness2735 They do not train 6 days a week with everyday at those heavy weights. They train in blocks alternating heavy with high volume. Not everyone believes wearing a belt is effective and even so the weight being lifted would dictate if a belt was necessary.
