Tia, I had to watch this episode because of the meals you chose to prepare. A native of New Orleans or Nawlins, I have to say I watched this from beginning to end. I am proud of you. You did good by New Orleanians. You didn't skip on flava and your face when you tasted your dishes, I was like, now she understood the assignment. Bravo Tia. Continued Blessings.

Tia, we love you! I didn’t know where to post this since I no longer have a FB page. I want to let you know that we love and support you. We’re shocked to hear the most recent news. We hope you and Cory will continue to have the love and support for each other even after going your separate ways. You have such a beautiful family. We don’t know you in person, but we care. This is your Ethiopian fan by the way of DC. I can’t wait to share this recipe with my New Orleanian husband❤

Tia and Lizzy have a great dynamic and rapport, makes me want more of her on these videos (Love Lizzy's dress too lol) I wish she stayed for the whole video. OMG, all of that food looks so good. The jambalaya looked the best, and I never heard of Po'boys but that sandwich looked so damn good!

My mom is from Louisiana so, we spent many months and times with my Grandparents there. They since have passed but all my cooking inspiration comes from my Grandma (The South) & Dad's family who is from the Midwest (St. Louis). One thing I wish is that I had gone to N'awlins before Katrina...😕 but I've been told the food is still on point! Nothing like Shrimp & Grits from NOLA!

I absolutely love fried food & Cajun/Creole food it hits the soul & heart to me. Definitely fried fish because of the flavor & the certain seasonings Buh most people don’t batter their fish it’s just the combination of mustard & hot sauce just makes a difference of flavor to the fish. I like catfish but I must say using rockfish or cod is really delicious for fried fish. With the jambalaya, it’s a very good dish something similar I like to cook is the Louisiana Cajun Sausage Shrimp & Chicken Pasta.

If you let the fish soak with the seasoning on for a couple of hours before adding the meal coating it will have a stronger taste that goes all the way through the meat.

Yes I have fond memories of my sister and I going to Baton Rouge Louisiana I remember seeing that pig in my must’ve been aunties kitchen in this black Dutch oven the biggest Dutch oven I ever seen I remember her saying roasted to perfection I wasn’t used to eating pork like that ours all we can ramped up in the store we go get it but I was scared to eat it she made mincemeat pie hers was made with raisins they played as one record and I know it like I know my name it was by Joe Simon drowning in the Sea of Love, I remember it was a long way today mailbox considering mailboxes were on the side of your house Orlando on your porch I had a great time my sister and I still talk about that often it’s time to travel thanks to tia and Lizzie❤❤❤

I usually instinctively look sideyed at people making creole or cajun cos I'm from Louisiana (especially if their not) but I love Tia and yeah not bad. That Poboy could stand to be lil messy and have a good splash of Louisiana hot sauce on it tho.

I am as well... There are more ingredients in Creole seasoning. I don't think it can be duplicated. It's more the spice... it's the soul, the hands, the energy and the vibe. Nothing like a Louisiana person's food!

Thank you! “Having it all” does not mean family kids husband business. To me it is HAPPINESS. Not enough people talk about how all these family milestones make you happy and “complete” as a woman and yo me it doesn’t at all. Inner peace and my relationship with God in the name of his son Jesus is first and made me the most at peace and happy. Happily have no kids and if a husband comes along then so be it and if not I’m ok. Ultimate peace
