I’m very happy that they kept kick soft feint to dodge, and kept the dodge heavy speed the same. The kick followup is great too EDIT: I thought they limited the kick to soft feint only, but it can be hard feinted too. not a fan of “unparriable” heavy/heavy mixups that aren’t vulnerable to a heavy themselves on bad read, but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Faraam, cool thing about new tiandi is that chain finishers are no longer chain finishers and you no longer have to go into chain finishers after a dodge attack or bash. You can continue chains using bash, dodge light, or dodge heavy (forward dodge heavy is super hood)

Idk bout rework, but tiandi is op in group fights. The controls let you slip in and out of combat and confuse the enemy. Now all I have to work on is the timing to cancel and the superior block. In the last game with the newest event, I dropped 18 bodies and only died 10 times due to 1 v 4s

He only really plays characters that he can get good clips with. That's why you see him play characters like orochi and not characters like medjay. As a KZbinr he has to get the most out of his gameplay so he plays meta characters.

A lot of numbers changes but the main take away's are the kick is now hard feintable, kick now confirms a heavy instead of that only working on short distances into walls, and he can now recovery cancel dodge out of every move instead of just his opening moves.

Have you tried dodge attacking? Dodge recovery comes out too late to punish most dodge attacks on a let go kick, since the bash is still slow. Now valk's sweep... That's actually unpunishable by most dodge attacks to my knowledge

@@LilReap1169 kick is very safe indeed, but less so than valk's sweep. It still gets hit by dodge attacks on a right read, since the dodge recovery comes out late (it's still a pretty slow bash)

they put the shield block between the bash, raising the time of getting a guardbrake and make the bash so predictable, also you can still do the shield defense with another combination, useless redundation in my opinion, also the top light after the side shouder pin is not guaranteed anymore that make the deflection useless, the animations are also awful

@@CuriousIntellect1 the third chain heavy is now unstoppable (pretty useless), was already undogeable (side heavy only), the zone is not so fast i dont notice any change but it require less more stamina (now you can use it, unlike in the past), dont notice changes on the sweep, you can still avoid a guardbreak, there are other changes in the stamina and damage but i dont want to write a poem, in short i found her much less funny and useful to play (as valk rep 90)
