These are really great! I've always figured that the arsenal we have in the games merely represents what a front line commander has access to from their Division/Brigade/Company or whatever. With both sides having developed air/naval/space/subterranean branches of their military that they can all upon for support. Large ballistic missile vehicles like this are just likely apart of a different section of Nods military as ballistic missiles aren't too necessary for a field battle. Rapidly deployed missile silos being seen as more suitable for field deployment of medium ranged multi missiles or the horrific tiberian 'chemical' missiles.
