I have been looking for that laugh for a while! It's from a movie called The Brain from Planet Arous (1957). When you habe enough mind control Towers your can even leave your miner at the base. Just send the mind controlled units to the grinder. But then? Just played the Yuri's revenge expansion for the first time and finished the Soviet campaign it was SO GOOD, literally crazy good and that's coming from a 22 year old guy so no nostalgia glasses as i didnt play it back then, it is literally objectivelly better than any modern RTS
