Scrin units you see here in the game are only their scouting or mining units not even their military ones. Both can't really be compared because its not at a level field

I would usually capture headquarters of the opposing factions and use them to be able to build opposing faction's buildings, recruit troops from opposing factions and be able to take control of a combined GDI, NOD and scrin army regardless of the faction that I am playing as

Well if you want to be really specific everyone is aliens in starcraft, the humans came there from earth so they are the most alien, while the Protos and zergs both hold multiple planets and we're bioengineered from a higher race....
