Monigong and along(aloo) Arunachal is adi and bokar tribe majority village they don't speak tibetan and they're animist(donyi polo) religion , maybe she's talking about memba tribe (pemakoepa).

Monigong and along(present day aloo) Arunachal is adi tribe village they're not red Indians. lol🤣 and only memba ,khamba and monpa tribe in lhoyul (present day aunachal pradesh) practice buddhism .
