This is a TIPA song performed by a troupe in China. Interesting, they've done it in many ways like TIPA without ballet style moves, big orchestration, using just the Tibetan instruments and a bit of dance modification.

Oh, but the voices are of Chinese vocal timbre (Tibetan artistes sent to China for training I assume)
