Stone cooking must be a Kongpo thing. Never heard of it. So cool. Didn’t know you could use a stone as a pan . That’s pretty amazing . What a wonderful simple life. Yes, it’s very physically draining but to wake up to the beautiful green Mountain View and fresh air must be incredible .

Thanks for showing Kongpo Luna, also Jamyang La, can you show the Kongpo highest mountain, I heard it is very near by, it is called Re-namchapawa, also if possible Kongpo Othang, (Trinkor )where the new high speed railroad station is, the otherside of Kongpo Nyantri (twin cities)

Stone should be chosen in thicker slabs otherwise heat can easily crack in pieces in other way it’s risky ..

The mushrooms you are collecting is call Sangay Shamu in Bhutan. It is hard to find as it is camouflaged with leaves. Seeing you guys collecting it reminds me that one time I went with my German friend who was on study tour to Bhutan to collect it and could manage to find few just enough for a curry for dinner. It’s in the central part of Bhutan, a high altitude place...i love it keep going...❤️
