Great vid mate. Been going to Tibooburra for many years. did a big feature story in GGT many years ago on Tibooburra called 'The Golden Playground". it's still producing the goods. My daughter and Mrs found their first pieces out the a coupla years ago with me using their Gm1000. :)

@@luckylukeprospecting9460 yes its the kinda place that just keeps drawing you back. We lost a good friend and prospecting mate to suicide a little while ago and it was him that introduced several of us to Tibooburra back in the 80’s where I found my very first piece with a Garrett A3b. We were detecting the Warratta Range area (which I think is under lease these days). I’ll definitely be having a beer and a port around the fire next time we’re out there in his honour while listening to some Don Williams country music, his favourite! 👍

Nice bit you found Luke, the bigger bits are getting hard to find these days especially at Tib, I prefer the Common over Mt Stuart, anyway Tib is a good getaway place to go, Ohh you should have spoke to the GOLD Gods a bit more..👨‍🦯🍺

Great video Lukey! Such a fun trip away, when are we doing it again? That 1.8 gramer was meant to be the pinky sized nuggie I found, you weren’t meant to find it before me! 😂 Honestly had such a great week in Tib, can’t wait to plan another trip!
