Sitting here drinking a wonderful glass of Lacryma Christi thinking do watch channels get any better, I think not, wonderful visuals/music and a stunning time piece, the Bluesy was always a favourite, but the black and gold Sub is a much underrated piece of beauty imho, atb, Sev ;-)

I appreciate a lot what Rexhep is doing, but most of the components of his watches are outsourced and he only finishes and assembles the final product. What I mean that based on the Only Watch auction it suddenly seems to the public that he is the new rainmaker of the independent horology.

This is the way the watch industry works. His model is similar to Dufour (you can do your own research on sourcing of Simplicity parts)

I don't like this watch at all. I understand it took skill to create this monstrosity , but an ugly thing is still an ugly thing even if it was produced by superior craftsmen.

I do agree with you, even if i put it in other terms it does not have the greatest design possible and It may even be called ugly but the refined work and craftsmanship it does give this watch value on a very high end market. This piece is made for generations to come and the value will never go down if taken care properly. You cannot say the say the same thing for many other prettier less costly watches or known brands.
