GF testing the waters of how many watches they can place onto the market. All these not ending releases of all sorts of versions of exactly these two models. I'm not sure I understand how these are better than a De Bethune or an MB&F. Everyone talks about their (and Romain Gauthier's) finishing as the highest standard, but to me, it doesn't come across on video.

Hard to capture in video, but you can take my word for it. Whether it's worth it or not is another question -- different people are interested in different things. I'd say MB&F and Romain are similar btw

Have you checked them in person? It's the best way to know whether you "feel" them or not. From my personal experience, I totally agree with Steve. Their watches indeed pop more than most high-end rivals because of the great contrast among different finishings and architectures.
