Update - I have determined that this is a Relay Logic system very similar to the other machines made at the time. However, this one uses Military spec small format relays by Allied Controls. More in depth information in the next video. Unfortunately, this isn't a ground breaking as I thought, just a very well designed small form factor reproduction of devices already existing.
