Thanks. I have tried the “Scan Freq” function pressing 1, then going to a blank channel and pressing “Stor”. My H3 doesn’t seem to want to store the found frequency with only a couple of exceptions where it found the “code”. Without the “code” appearing with an actual code or “off” the channel doesn’t save.

I like to set my backlight to 15s. If either channel I'm monitoring has a transmission, the screen will automatically wake up......which catches my eye that someone is transmitting, if they're too low to hear.

It is probably just me, but I find it very difficult to actually see anything displayed in your screen when you are making menu changes.
