James says that if placing your card creates a row of 3, then you have to activate that row, but i can't find that in the rules anywhere. Is that maybe from an earlier version of the rules?

Page 11 “clean up” states - if the line you activated has three cards(including wounds) it must be cleared. Discard all of the action cards in that line. Then in bold it states “only clear a line if it was activated” That tells you that you CAN have a row/column of 3 cards that aren’t cleared.

Likely James has played through so many iterations of this game that he doesn’t have the final rules memorized. I also see that they started with max focus/spirit and the rules state you start with half rounded down. Also he states that a fruit heals you 3 when in the rules it states only 2.

It's called Forteller. Even already having it myself I can't find it on the app-store. Perhaps requires making an account online first

It's definitely not just special events. It was offered as an optional extra in the Kickstarter. Forteller has done narration for a bunch of games with narrative now (Frosthaven, etc). So it's not free, but should be available for anyone.

Looks like a nice game, but as pretty as the art is, I found it incredibly hard to notice the spaces. Is it better at the table or would a farther player have a problem with it? 1:00:00 Clearly, James is the traitor. 😉

@merav7615 I often have issues seeing stuff on the board and I had no issues with this. It is a lighter shaded board and maybe our studio lighting washed it out a bit for the cameras. Thanks for the note and for watching -Lincoln

"This person," is James, [The owner of Druid City Games] if you were paying attention, and he did a fine job teaching. Part of the name of the video is "How to Play, " and who better to teach it than the designer/owner? I don't understand people like you. It's a GAME. It's supposed to be fun, and a positive thing. Why not just leave quietly? Your comment added no value.
