Canned pumpkin and rice is good for Franks digestive issues. It's what we give our corgis if they have issues. Hope he's better. Hugs.

He is doing much better, I’ve kept giving him rice and pumpkin with his kibble. He loves it and his digestion is happy. I suspect it was one of his meds that started irritating his guts

Unfortunately when I have a migraine I can’t keep anything down and vomit all day. Thankfully they are only 1 day events but I feel pretty dumb and my brain doesn’t work week for a week after. 3 days of migraine pain sounds horrible 🥺

So glad to see you back, and happy to see that you enjoyed some of my favourite places. Upper Kananaskis Falls is such a gorgeous hike, I never tire of it. Hope you come back to explore more of the area. Highwood Pass is full of amazing hikes and one of the most beautiful drives in Alberta. Just try to avoid weekends, because you are right, it is busy. Probably good to get back to the coast, those passes in the BC mountains can get treacherous this time of year. ☮️
