Just a preference thing for me but I've found that turning off the equipment icons, journal objective, and minimap makes combat and the game in general a lot more immersive and cinematic, I've noticed that when playing the game for a long time especially with the minimap it kinda turns into a grind simulator where you find the colored X's on the map and get your dopamine hit from the loot, without those I actually use my scanner to look for things and familiarize myself with the city instead of just following yellow lines. I don't think the challenges would be better or worse with them turned off, but I find it to be more fun to play that way after putting so many hours into the game.

i really enjoy your challenges, you got a knack for making them interesting! i have been wondering - how about a drunken playthrough? might be difficult to get enough eddies and npc to buy booze from while making aiming more challenging (possibly when using a sniper as well) could this be a possible challenge or is it a Schnapsidee? ("Schnapsidee" for those now knowing means "crazy idea" and it could have happened under the influence of alcohol^^)

While I understand using tier 1 knives to make it more of a challenge, I do feel like this run as well as your recent no cyberware/perks/attributes run are both so restricted/difficult that it makes for a somewhat monotonous viewing experience.
