So, first, I love Jen! Bayley should be in the best. Her reign came at a time when NXT was exploding with popularity and Bayley was a huge reason for that. She won it in Brooklyn in arguably the best and most important women's match in North American wrestling, the Iron Woman match, and then carrying the division after 3 out of 4 Horsewomen are called up. At least better than Charlotte.

The only one I kinda disagree with is Baszler. Her first reign was really unremarkable and forgettable, and the second wore out its welcome in my opinion. Sure, Ripley winning the title was a wonderful moment, but it wasn't worth the boredom of the preceding 6 months of Baszler's reign. I would have dropped her to the second tier from the top, mainly because the last part of her title reign felt like it stopped all the momentum the NXT women's division had been building before her.
