@Brandon Michael Lowden Experiencing a song at a concert is very different to just listening to it at home etc. I've been to two kpop concerts and vibed to all the songs they performed, no matter if I actually liked them. Being at a concert makes you automatically more emotional towards the performance, so I see your point. I would probably just enjoy the show if I ever get to see Itzy live and they performed Sneakers. But I will never get to like the song. For me it's their weakest title track. An example of a group that manages to do English songs well- Twice No, seriously, they have 4 tracks completely in English. All of them are so good, yet also different and distinct from each-other. 1.The Feels is their official English single. It still feels like Twice 100%. Super catchy and has an iconic dance! 2. Moonlight is just a fun Disco song. That's about all I have to say on that. Least memorable English track but still fun and a good listen. Bonus points for literally performing this under the moonlight in the Banc of California Stadium during their encore show. 3. Icon is... Well... Iconic! Especially Chaeyoung's rap. This one is dedicated to the haters. It's super sassy and confident. Like, Damn, they got it! they're Iconic! 4. Queen of Hearts is a rock song dedicated to their ever growing western fanbase, and the most recent English addition to their track-list. It rocks! I mean, it's literally a rock song! Cue the head-banging!

In case you mean the repetition of chorus, then it's be a single differently structured chorus repeating twice or thrice in a song or a single line or phrase repeating over a beat drop chorus. Do you listen to Niki Minaj, Cardi B, Megan Snoop dog and many other hip hop artist? nct 127 is my ult group and i've never defended sticker. the reason for that is cos defending it will make people think nctzens love songs like sticker, and that 127 makes bad songs. sure, 127 has made "noise" music, but we're talking about the group that made limitless, gimme gimme, superhuman and favorite. i love 127s music cos its so versatile that they have songs i consider perfect, as well as songs i dont listen to (p much only sticker and like 2 other bsides). id rather stan a group that gives me life changing songs every once in a while than a group where every song is just a 7/10.

btw bc I just realized this may have been a genuine question and not a sarcastic remark about the Boys Like You lyric: "You made your bed, so you gotta lay" is an imprecise rewording of the idiom "you made your bed, so lie in it," which means "you made this choice, so you have to deal with the consequences." so the intended meaning actually makes perfect sense with the song. despite that, it's still just really awkward, partly bc of the way the wording is changed to fit it into the lyrical meter (though "lie" and "lay" are very commonly confused words even for native Eng speakers so that substitution is totally understandable), but mainly bc the original idiom just feels like a kind of old-fashioned saying and not very hip.
