Muchachos/as: Tiësto es el mejor DJ de la historia del Trance. El marco tendencia y llevo al Trance a la cumbre, este genero fue y es lo que es, gracias a Tiësto. Su mejor epoca fue desde finales del 99 hasta el 2005/6. En esa etapa lanzo sus mejores discos: la coleccion In Search of Sunrise, la serie Magik(aunque empezo un poco antes) y sus discos principales: In My Memory, Just Be(su pieza maestra) y Parade of the Athletes. "Element of Life" es lo que seria, su album "transicion", en donde ya se empieza a desviar a lo comercial, sin dejar el Trance de lado. Siguio adelante con su coleccion de discos "Magik Muzik" y con los In Search of Sunrise. La etapa "Trance" de Tiësto termina en el año 2009, lanzando el disco "Kaleidoskope", aunque es un disco que tiene unos toques de "Trance", ya era algo totalmente comercial/Pop. Su ultima incursion en el "Trance" es atravez del seudonimo "Allure", con el disco "Kiss from the Past" de el año 2011(excelente album). Al dia de hoy sigue por la senda totalmente comercial, haciendo musica de muy baja calidad(para el gran DJ que supo hacer), hizo de su casa "Las Vegas", la ciudad del EDM, donde solamente esta ahi por cuestiones de dinero. Tal vez algun dia vuelva al Trance, pero creo que no sera lo mismo. Si te tomaste la molestia de leer hasta aqui, te recomiendo los siguientes albumes: Serie Magik: Magik 4: A New Adventure. Magik 6: Live in Amsterdam. Magik 7: Live in Los Angeles. (Estos dos ultimos grabados en vivo). Serie In Search Of Sunrise: ISOS 2; 5; 6; 7. (El 7, en mi opinion el mejor disco. Album doble, el disco 2 es una excelente mezcla Trance). Albumes propios: In My Memory (2002), Just Be (2003; en donde esta el mejor tema de Tiësto en mi opinion: Nyana.); Parade of the Athletes (2004). DVD's: Tiesto in Concert: Live in Arnhem, Gelderland(2003); Tiesto in Concert 2: Live in Arnhem, Gelderland (2004), Tiesto in Concert: Element of Life World Tour Copenhagen (2007). Saludos!

@@chengue Sin embargo Kaleidoscope me parece que tiene buenas canciones. No es lo mismo pero en lo particular me gustan algunos estilos y canciones. La propia Kaleidoscope es buena, igual la de Here on Earth. Una que tiene con una cantante, y así. Ya después son pocas las que digo que me gustan. Además de que también me gustan canciones de Elements of Life, hay muchas buenas.

@TranceOnJeroen2 you're totally right about the "balls":))) , almost nobody from the toptrance except Ferry Corstenor (remember L.E.F. times) could afford to flip his style like this, someday you feel you gotta expand to something more than one genre association, but as a DJ he manages to balance between house, electro, tech house ,trance and "classics" in the end building mindblowing eclectic sets, which in effect are as energetic as his 2003-4 In Conerts, I've been to KWT and I was stunned

@TranceOnJeroen2 : i don't think that current producers doesn't have a balls to change their style and leave scene where they are a gods. Lot of producers trying find out also another way and another kinds of music. Marcus Schulz as a Dakota and so on. But what is right, Tiesto did it official and he bet his trance-god name in another music. I fully agree that he had to be very brave to do it and because of that, he has my respect too. He alway will be together with Ferry in my mind Gouryella

@Friedel88tdf Tiesto was the best some years back, like in 2004. I regret that he has left the trance scene, however still new released (last two weeks) trance from Tiesto but indeed more house oriented. I prefer Tiesto from some years back, so I agree on that one. However, it does require a lot of balls to change your style: leave your success behind you and try something different. Only the best producers can do this and therefore he has my respect.

In my opinion is tiesto the most overrated DJ, sure he's good but he's not that good that he'll get to play on a set like that. Armin van buuren or someone like that who've contributed more to the trance community (I started listening to trance through Astateoftrance) and have better music. But this is just a personal thought. Kinda stupid comment i know, but just wanted to get it out there :)
