To celebrate NAIDOC Week, we’re spreading the word about VACCA's Deadly Culture Camps.
The Victorian Aboriginal Child and Community Agency (VACCA) is the State’s leading Aboriginal child and family services organisation, and the largest provider of services for Aboriginal family violence and homelessness.
The Deadly Culture Camps are for children and young people aged 6 to 20 years old, living in out of home care. At these camps, children and young people participate in cultural activities, play traditional games, connect with culture through song, art and dance, and learn from local Elders.
We’ve donated these kits in the video for the young people who attend these camps. We hope they will wear them with pride.
