Tom Bergere Nobody has ever heard or seen aliens either but a lot of people believe they exist. It’s the same with god nobody has ever seen or heard god but most of the people on earth belong to different religious groups.

@@carmstrong6507 The closest I ever came to believe in God was believing in Santa Clause and that was very short-lived. I was the kid in school debunking this absurd, Santa myth as being a fraud perpetrated by the grownups. Now, I debunk all superstitions, the supernatural, paranormal, metaphysical, mythological, magical, mystical, fairy tale, bs, of every kind. For some odd reason, I take offense at being lied to. I`d like to say, "When I see it, I`ll believe it!", but I doubt it, it is more likely that I would be hallucinating.

This kind of musical creativity has never been matched since and likely will never be again. However, from what I've observed in today's youth, that is to say, my children's and niece and nephew's generation, they are incredibly creative, but in different ways. Their creativity is expressed much more on KZbin, Facebook, Instagram etc. as amazing videos, paintings, songs etc. that are like nothing I have ever seen before in those areas, among so many people. My kids are too young, but my niece sends me artwork that is stunning for a 12-year-old. Unlike us, they are also not at all freaked out about the pace of technological change; to them, it's just more of the same. So music like this is probably gone; creativity in other ways has never been seen on such a wide scale.

'Tommy: The Movie' had its Los Angeles premiere at Mann's Wilshire Theater 48 years ago! (March 19, 1975) My own mother took me there with my 2 sisters to watch it, she needed to know if I remembered being violently, humiliatingly raped by 4 men while she had held me for them as I screamed and pleaded... and prayed. I didn't back then. I only started suddenly and very vividly recalling the horror in full detail on March 17, 2021. It will be 2 years in another week and I am that far into the sad, tormenting process of self-healing myself. My sweet mother who I still honestly love and feel sorry for lives in Texas without a care in the world. But I know she doesn't love me as much as I once thought she did. I could put her in prison if I spoke up about all she did to me. I was "born unloved". Then, I became a form of "TOMMY". A worse one than Roger got to 'play', too. My life make so much more sense now though. They told our whole world what had happened and not to say anything, but they could mess with my heart and head any fun way they wanted because I was "broken" and I was "polluted!". I was a fun toy and didn't even know it because my brain protected me from remembering a very, very bad traumatic thing. I wasn't just violently raped. That was the day my family I loved let me know they never loved me and never would either. I was only 8 years old. My sisters were there to have sex with the men so we could move into a new apartment of our own. But then it got crazy. I meant crazier. My family still has their fun playing 'evil' but the world thinks they're sweet and innocent. Why does love have to torment and hurt so much? But I do still love my family. They're just sick, is all. They've been as deaf, dumb and blind as Tommy and me. Maine said to say "Hello" for it and hopes you are doing well and good. Live well, Laugh often, Love much. In all things give thanks because it could always be even worse. I'll "Have a nice day" if you promise you'll have one also...........................................(✝💔✝)

I know in the original album and musical, Captain Walker kills Frank which works great cause Tommy thought Frank was his father and watching him die puts him in the catatonic state. Although I like how in the movie it’s the other way around. Cause it gives an interesting layer to Nora having a dysfunctional marriage to frank and making Nora the one who cares for Tommy the most.
