The big funnel colander is to make tomato sauce. My mom and grandma had smaller versions and we make our own tomato sauce. You stew the tomatoes and then put them funnel over the pot. Then you take a wooden whatchamacallit and press the tomatoes against the holes and the tomato would be squeezed into the pot. The rest of the tomato like the skin and seeds would be left in the colander to be thrown out. Hope this helps.

It's what you put your fruit in and press out with a wooden cone type thing, used for making jelly. you actually reminded me that I have all that stuff and I made jelly all day today without it. I made due with what I had on hand. Strainers and Cheesecloth.

Conned shape strainer is multi-purpose, you can use it for spaghetti you can use it for vegetables, and inside a stainless steel bucket you can use it with a filter to filter out oil out of a deep fryer. Boy do I know how to use those things quite well

Please check the elephants with tusks. They did not look old but you can never tell, the tusks might be ivory and I believe there is a ban prohibiting the sale of anything with ivory decorations. Also, I did not see the blender base for the stainless steel pots, but if the blender is made by Eberbach then it could be worth some dollars. Eberbach makes or distributes laboratory equipment.

Pointers trainer is a Chinois pronounced kinda like shin was. Use to finely strain sauces and gravies and puddings. Used with a pestal ..or something g useful that helps push sauce through the screen.

@26:51 that's a strainer for deep fryers. Used for when you clean the fryers, a filter is put in it and the grease is drained through it. @17:34 that's a burger press
