Tiffany was a lovely young pianist, but she appears to be turning into a young & immature version of Lang Lang. Tiffany, you are so immensely gifted and musical, please drop the pretentiousness, the bizarre gesticulation, the weird mannerisms and just play the music. While it is true that I date from a time when music was mainly an activity for the ears, just as it is possible to mute the sound, it is also possible to listen and not be burdened with a visual experience that -in your opinion- is distasteful.

Her technique is fabulous and every movement is a reflection of the character she is painting with the sound. She is just playing the music. There is nothing bizarre or pretentious or extreme for that matter here, in fact it’s all necessary for a good performance. Go take your thumbs elsewhere
