Also only a couple of the girls here are actual singers so he would naturally be much more considerate towards them as opposed to say his own artists that he knows well and pushes to their limits. Even Tiffany and Jessi, I think he treats them more like artists he is collaborating with rather than singers he is molding and perfecting. But it's still just so damn cute seeing him be so caring and positive! I also love how he is not just the completely one sided kind of person, you know what I mean? Like those teachers that will tear you apart for all the things you do wrong but will barely acknowledge all the things you do right? Yeah, I like that he is not like that. When they mess up he tells them plain and simple and when they do well he compliments them. It shows that he really just wants to help and not just sit from his producer high horse and humiliate them which would be easy to do since a lot of the members aren't singers. @@lenanana8 in the singing world, women tend to be not as powerful as men. They tend to be more breathy and nasally whereas men tend to have the power. It's easier for men to gather the power from their chest, while women, if not trained properly, have a hard time with it. Women are taught to sing from our diaphragms using our head voices, while men are taught to use their chest voices and their diaphragm. It also explains why women can hit high notes easier than men, they're not taught to use their head voice. I'm an alto tenor, but I can reach soprano notes easier than I can hit bass notes because of how I was trained. It's not really an insult if you know what he's talking about.

As for your information, that rising Japan flag was used during world war II. For countries that had been colonized by Japan, of course the rising flag bring a very hurtful bad memories. The netizens keep forgetting, or ignoring, that she's American, and Korean history/the Korean War was at the most a one week module in history class. Tiffany simply felt sorry because she didn't practice so she tried really hard to memorize the choreo in short time. I can see how she focus so hard to get it done perfectly). in Hyorin's dream, Tif really did try her best despite of hectic schedules and that's when I fully understand how hard being an idol is, you have to work even if you're sick or you're in pain. On one episode unnies mentioned that she passed out due to over fatigue. She's literally a strong woman. Now? she is everywhere, she's having interviews almost every week in US like damn!
