Hello friends,
Today I am going to share with you the recipe of the most popular street food or snack. These crispy samosas with spiced potatoes filling are perfect for your tea time snack as well as kid's tiffin.
INGREDIENTS:
For dough:
All-purpose flour - 1 cup
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 2 tblsp
water - 1/4 cup
for stuffing:
Boiled potato - 3 small
chopped onion - 2 tblsp
chopped green chili - 1 tsp
chopped coriander leaves - 1 tblsp
chili flakes - 1/2 tsp
chat masala - 1/2 tblsp
roasted cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
amchur(dried mango powder) - 1/4 tsp
salt - 1/2 tsp
ghee/mustard oil - 1 tsp
