INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE RECIPE:
FOR DOUGH :
2 Cups Maida
5 Tbsp oil
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Ajwain
1/2 Cup Water
FOR STUFFING:
3 Boiled Potatoes
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Chat Masala
1/2 tsp Haldi powder
1 Tbsp Salt
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp kasuri methi
Fredh Coriander Leaves ( Chopped)
2 -3 Green Chillis
3 - 4 Tbsp Cornstarch (arraroath )

Chef used ap flour & cold butter to make the dough. He rolled out the dough once, spread soften butter, made a cut & fold like paratha dough & then rolled out an oval, trimmed the sides to make a rectangle. After that He cut two triangles & filled with potato. His potato filling was also different.
