I use an everlast 250ex inverter machine. It's been a great machine but the torch that came with it sucked. I just recently installed a ck20 water cooled torch and the difference is night and day. My water cooler is a home brew that I made using a pump and a transmission cooler, the reservoir is a 1 gallon gas tank, and I use a 50/50 mix of water and antifreeze for the coolant. No fan. The tranny cooler works so well that the fluid has never risen more than 5 degrees over ambient temperature and no fan noise. It's been that way for 5 yrs with no issues.

seems like weaving on aluminum would be prone to cracking when it shrinks. Honestly I don't know, I just know aluminum is already prone to crater cracking, and it stands to reason that weaving would amplify that
@5thStreetFab5 жыл бұрын
Never had it crack. Aluminum cracks from the shrinkage because of heating and cooling so fast. But it takes a lot of the strength away because of how much heat is dumped into it.
