During the south-west monsoon. Usually August to October. It rains alot but training continues.

Do they ask for your license before you rent the scooter? Or they don’t really care about the license?

they don't care... they are not legally required to ask but it is a legal requirement to have an IDP (not having one will void your travel insurance)
