The fact you have to use this one so much more than the standard tiger 1 if you want to unlock everything had to be a cruel joke by the developers. That said I still loved it an was almost sad when I hit Elite - also IRL the tank was a fire hazzard just climbing a hill due to it's electric motors so high fire chance is definitely accurate

Actually the Tiger P is not a variant, but for the most part a whole different tank. One major. difference is that it actually had 2 diesel engines, which generated electricity for 2 electric engines, which provided the actual propulsion. In Theory the Tiger P would have one of the best accelerations in the game, because an electric engine reaches it‘s maximum torque with the very first revolution, what combustion engines can‘t.

@@Petty360 That is correct. Yet, apart from the hull the powertrain was an entirely different approach, as mentioned. It failed though, because the electric engines tend to overheat and eventually started to burn.

Just about to pick this up, so good video. Followed the other line and sitting with the e75 the now, slog to get to tier 10. So went for this line instead.

In this map the beach is important. Now, if going to the beach makes it or brakes it, it's all about who's defending or attacking the beach. Same as any other map. Flanks are important and 95% of the matches are lost or won due to flank loss/win. 👍

You are wrong. The beach flank is useless because when you are there you have zero influence over the rest of the map. You can only fight other tanks on the beach.

Beach pushes lose 95% of the rest of the map. If the tops won by the opposition then you basically don't get off the beach alive (unless the enemy team play it poorly) as there's so many positions from the cliffs where they can shoot down at you without retaliation

The tiger p isnt just a tiger with armour bolted on its 1 of 2 variants shown to hitler this an the standard tiger he went with the latter the tiger p is actually called vk4501 p made by porshe as u said the tiger was made by the henchel company ;)

Porsche being the absolute mad lad that he was went ahead an made 100 hulls thinking he obviously won.... hence the Ferdinand was made using 90 hulls while only 6 or so were made into actual Tiger P's as commander tanks for the Ferdinand units. It's crazy to think they're were less than 10 of these ever made as well known as it is.

I had the same problem with this hunk of junk tank, but then I always seemed to be bottom tear facing ix obj ect, when facing a tear ix, the tiger p feels utterly useless, especially when being slapped with premium ammo that basically overmatches the tiger p armour, in mo opinion the only reason to play this turd is to get to the maus, save your boosters and free xp for this, and skip as much as possible

Really bad tank even at T7 top tier, once you get to the T8/T9 games it absolutely sucks. Compared to my Tiger 1(3 marked) and over 1.7 mill xp earned) vs the Tiger P (225k xp earned and only 1 mark). I would skip this tank with FREE XP if you can.

Its statistically the worst, but can be useful top tier. When against 8s even is where it truly struggles

Been waiting for you to do this tank. The Gun depression and power to weight make this one more difficult to play. You can stomp lower tiers in it with the extra armor. But you will be in a tier 8 lobby most of the time and you really suffer against tier 8 especially because the gun depression sucks and its hard to hide your weakspots.
