Simply Unbelievable, tiger woods is obviously the best golfer of all time but Tiger is way more than that. He’s ability to grind and produce greatness, the creativity he had and the year after year of wins is once in a lifetime type player. Tiger if we never see you play at this level again it has been an absolute pleasure watching you and you are the reason golf is what it is. Thank you sir

The GOAT. No question. Jack was great, and the best until Tiger came along but it’s funny to me that people pretend there is still a debate. I work for a guy on The LIV now but worked on the Tour for years. Everyone out here knows why Tiger is the GOAT. From the swing coaches who study the film, to the loopers who worked between eras, and the players that had to look both guys in the eye. We all know Tiger is the top dog. At his peak he had no weaknesses in his game. He was a little erratic off the tee at times but that only served to set up situations for him to show off the greatest iron play of all times by a long shot. His short game was ungodly. I mean ridiculous, imagination, execution, everything, and even more impressively, the shots he pulled off around the greens under the most extreme pressure is something we’ve just never seen before and it’s magnified when the guy was in contention for the win literally every time he teed it up. And that was Jack’s weakness by the way. Nobody even argues that. Around the greens Jack was marginal at best and at times he was subpar. Such an important part of the game to be pedestrian in. He got away with it because strength of field was not very good past the top 15 in the world back then but everyone around the tour back then knew that he struggled in that area. The fact is, no one ever played the quality of golf that Tiger did through the bag and under pressure through the bag, which was tested all the time because the guy was a top 5 machine for well over a decade. He played the best golf anyone has played or seen and everyone associated with the tour knows that. It’s funny listening to amateurs having the GOAT argument. Their opinion literally doesn’t count. But every time I’ve ever heard a former pro have it it’s obvious the guy has a beef with Tiger personally, which is so weak. Get over it. We all know what it is. Tiger all day.

One wish for these videos: I find the best part of watching Tiger to be seeing him rehearse some swings before each shot. You can really get a sense for his “feels” and what he is trying to do with each shot by watching those. Nothing better for learning how to shape the ball and control trajectory, Maybe release an “extended” version showing more of he pre-shot in addition to these trimmed highlights please? Thanks.

My dearly departed Dad passed away 4 days before Tiger's last Major. We had many debates over the years about who's the GOAT, and even my Dad, who was a massive Jack fan, accepted that Tiger played in a far more competitive era and was therefore the best. In my Dad's last years, he really wanted Tiger to get to 18 Majors, so that there would be so much media interest around Tiger maybe getting a 19th. I think though , secretly, he wanted Tiger and Jack to tie on 18.

I read a comment somewhere that Tiger may not win another golf tournament. Maybe, but does it still matter? It will take a very long time for the next brilliant golfer to come close to what hel has done for the game of golf and for the pleasure it gave us viewers to sit still on weekends just to see each exciting game when he is on the field, especially when in contention. I have never felt that kind of thrill since. No matter how good the players are now, I just check the news to see who won.

Bro you're thinking of the PGA Championship, this is the Tour Championship. But you're right, he literally shot a 64 with not hitting a single fairway on the front nine. Plus his approach on the first outta that bunker and stuck it to like 7 feet and missed that putt. Then yeah, he had one putt roll all the way to the hole and stop a fraction short. He was so dialed in on that Sunday at Bellreive.
