2020 and I still play this game basically for Augusta bc no other game has been allowed access but it's still a challenging game if you change the skill level. But the lack of courses is still a spot on fact.

Hi can someone please clarify for me how the online component works on ps3. ive read on the psn store that you have to buy the online pass -0 game pack - to play online team play, daily/weekly n live tournaments and as well as online multiplayer modes like stroke,amtch,skins,best ball, head to head ...does this mean the STOCK out of the box game has like 0 or ...what online play features?!

3:05 Not only does the wii have more way more courses than the other consoles that it doesn't charge extra for, but according to Gamespot the motion controls are better. Gamespot praised the accurate Wii Motion Plus controls for being one of the high points of the game, but on the PS3 version the motion controls were one of the low points in the game. Gamespot said they doubt the accuracy of the PS Move controls.

ok just a simple question how the hell do you get the choke artist achivenent i have landed the ball within 3ft of the cup at least 300 times using every thing from flop shots to punch shots on this game if you know math anyone knows that anything within 3ft is under a yard so what the hell is the choke up shot or is this a caddie recommended shot because i never do what caddie says as he sucks

I think there should have been more thought put into this game, how about an interview with Jim Nantz at the completion of the Masters showing the highlight reel of your best shots and also the winning putt and then it shows you actually trying on the green jacket. All this NEEDS to be in the game to make it feel like a big victory

Ya I thought this game was missing a lot of finer details and felt incomplete. Also it feels super inconsistent for how my shots are performing along with caddy suggestions being completely inaccurate from one shot to the next. Also Green reads its suggesting you might as well throw out the window much of the time. Only you have no real way of knowing when they're good and when you're going to badly miss. Also the worst shot type you badly over hit with is anything pitch or loft related. I barely touch the right stick and it overshoots the green by a country mile and often ends up OB or costing me 2 or 3 strokes, it's so out of play!

i have a wii but im pissed off cus they didn't release tiger woods 13 on the wii but tiger 12 has 23 courses and augusta but xbox and ps3 have fewer courses but they released tiger 13 on the xbox and ps3

the collectors edition 2012 is better you get the extra courses. i still play a round or 2 a day. its a shame the servers are down so you cant play online. to the players who played back then. i got 1 thing to say. who remembers using a red coloured controller 😀😀😀😀 you know what i mean. it really is the best golf game out there. 👍

solarneddy true. Putting it on the full difficulty and the hardest level, it's a challenge. Replaying through it now just bc I'm bored, but it's still enjoyable

I rage quit on this game earlier. Its tough on pro mode. Especially some of those challenges. Mind you I didn't work through all the bonus events and just went straight to the tournaments so missed a ton of free xp, now on the Pro tour.

I'd love to see more realism: Divots, AI players playing along with you, and you have to walk up to the ball and or place your tee and the ball, also when your putting be able to place your maker and wait for the other AI player to putt... Also, if your ball lands off the fairway have all the fans "encircle" the ball... .02¢

You have to go back to titles like Tiger Woods 06, and 07 (not as good) for that kind of stuff. All the good stuff in games we don't have today from EA was early and mid 2000s.

How can IGN give this game the same score on all systems? The PS3 version is clearly superior since it not only has HD graphics (which the Wii doesn't) but it also gives you the option to use motion controls (which the xbox doesn't) via the move. As someone who owns all three systems it pisses me off that he doesn't mention these differences because in my opinion graphics and motion controls are crucial to one's game play experience in modern golf simulators.
