Tiger Woods opened with a 67 and went on to shoot 66, 67 and 69 to beat Davis Love III by four strokes and win the 1999 Tour Championship.

I didn't know the late Peter Alliss did some commentary for the US tour for a stretch. I love 12:58. It's so amusing because here in the 2020s, pretty much EVERYONE on the PGA Tour can hit a 180-something 7-iron. And wow. Didn't know Tiger got used to playing through pain THIS early in his career. This game had to have been a big part of him winning the 2008 US Open and the 2019 Masters.
