For my 5th birthday I got the Thunder Zord season 2 MMPR set. I remember being upset that my mother wanted me to go outside and play with the other kids instead of trying to transform the dragon into the cool man. Later on likely that winter I asked for the Tigerzord that could transform and be combined with the set. Naturally, my parents got me the wrong one... just an electronic walking one... 😅

It looks great very accurate in design to the original apart from the transformation which has your added realistic flow, my only personal gripe is it's lacking your normal fluidity in both formes. I'm not sure how long you've been working on these so I could quite easily attribute that to time, and the fact you try and hold accuracy to the sauce material which is nice and a reason I keep coming back to your vids. It's unfortunately not something that would be an easy fix without cheating and distorting proportions while moving making animation considerably longer for you, the original design is not that suited to true fluid movement its kinda a brick. Maybe could try moving the shoulder guards down over the upper arm in tiger mode to fake the look of more movement, did notice you are cheating a bit with the fighter mode boots so maybe I was wrong about the difficulty in doing that. :edits were done to add a bit and due to fat fingering the send button, am tempted to delete this but I think I'll stand by it.

This is a perfect analysis! You are right on all counts. It is carefully observed. It's very difficult on some Megazords to find a happy medium in design between animation, design, transformation. I have a much easier time with the latest one that you will see soon, the Mega-V1. Thank you so much!
