Excellent guys. For sometime I have been trying to understand why my foot pronates and why I now have periostitis. I have been stretching my calf muscles everyday but I don't seem to be getting any relief. As soon as I go back to the gym and use the cross trainer or rowing machine the pain comes back with a vengeance. All I needed was for someone to explain to me the biomechanics and the mechanism of injury and you have certainly done that. It looks like I’m going to need a gastroc release

@yun342 WOw, a gastroc release.......never heard of that. Aren't you jumping the gun a little here ? why not fix the weaknesses and restore the range. Releasing a tissue via surgery doesnt mean you have resolved the underlying problem.

@TheBoarderballer Hi there ! First of all, THANK YOU for your service in protecting our freedom. Guys like you are the reason we have the freedom we do, so thank you. As for your condition. without examining you we are at a bit of a loss. One of our youtube videos is on some initial exercises. I am not prescribing them here because without examination and determination of your primary causal issues i could prescribe somethign wrong. Watch the clip and drop us a line.
