I've been working with this movement pattern for the as long as I can remember. This video explains my experience perfectly. Hey, what exercises have you been improve your tripod? I can easily find the tripod, but I can't maintain it as I walk.

@@DSRT888 my case is quite unusual and likely doesn't apply to most. Since posting this comment I've actually been diagnosed with something called Miserable Malalignent Syndrome. Essentially I have deformities of excessive external tibial rotation and excessive femoral anteversion. All my problems with my foot therefore originate from deformity and dysfunction happening higher up the chain. I'm now unfortunately looking at 2 years of corrective derotational surgery to straighten out my limbs 😕
