If you draw when not allowed to, "seeing cards you're not supposed to know about" is cheating, Otherwise everyone would look at the top 10 cards of their deck, place them back in the same order just to planify 10 draws in advance. y'know? there would be no point to the game anymore.

13:25 he should have drawn six cards instead of eight. One card per 2000 difference. With 7000 difference (10k-3k). 7000/2000 is 3.5 times he draws per card. Since you can't half draw, that only makes six draws possible. Unless there's some weird rounding up ruling on the card. Opponent didn't know what was going on so it's not like it mattered too much in the end.
