I know you guys may never see this, but here is a little bit more of an explanation on the whole Tik Tok thing. The whole point is that it is known that the Mother Company of Tik Tok (Similar to how facebook owns instagram) is a company that collects and shares data to the Chinese government. So, the trial is more of a "do we want to risk American data being given to foreign entities" kind of thing rather than a "is Tik Tok evil". Unfortunately, everything gets twisted so different people will tell you different things. Hope this helps :)

Okay because I know Hopcat is a comment fiend. First and foremost since Avengers: Infinity War the MCU is all trash. Now to address the questions asked. You don’t blink back in to existence they pretty slowly reform and it seems to have some sort of plot armor which makes sense as the Marvel universe has cosmic gods. Now on to Jackson’s question; homeless refugees squatting in returnee homes is the plot of the mini-series Falcon and Winter Soldier. It’s a great idea to cover, but Marvel/Disney’s politics ruin it as it turns into the heroes simping for the teenage terrorist leader and Falcon’s amazing speech in what should be done, “You have to do better” despite leaving ‘better’ obviously being subjective depending if you are the refugee or the returnee victim.
