2. Ingredients:
• Gram flour (besan): Forms the base of the batter.
• Vegetables: Often includes finely chopped onions.
• Spices: Cumin, coriander, turmeric, red chili powder, green chilies, and fresh coriander leaves are mixed into the batter for a burst of flavor.
3. Cooking Process:
