The thing is the second one wasnt that bad, most people use ketchup, mayo ect as a binder for smoking hotdogs, ribs, steak, ect for different types of meat. But some sause works better as a binder, the biggest mistake she made was basically just washing off all the season with butter, so none of they seasoning soaking into the actual meat just like barely on the outside
