I have been practicing doing press ons for a couple months now. For me and sizing for family and friends. So I get about being nervous lol. And don't want to do sizing kits and or do the 22 or 24 piece sets!! Good luck

Yes, when I create my press on sets with acrylic or hard gel I ALWAYS Size Up!! It’s just a safety measure for the client❤ Even when you try to not hit the cuticle you still have acrylic on the side cuticle so when it dries they will tighten up a bit.

See these full cover tips don’t shrink at all so I stopped sizing up. They still fit perfectly with acrylic. The ones from Amazon would get tight so I always had to size up with those

I haven't seen anyone do Press Ons with Gel or Acrylic, as everyone says they shrink, plus lots of base, polish and top is enough, so they tell me. So can I ask why you use hard gel or Acrylic on yours. Also isn't that more costly, when not necessary? Do you have a video of you doing them?

Have you tried nail supply glamours super white? It’s amazing there super white and super black are so so so pigmented I love them WAY much more than the beetles black and white!

Yes nails by val is good but all her pressons are with gel.This set was cute.I know with the acrylic pressons most say go up a size I always do gel pressons just starting to do acrylic ones myself.

What should a nail artist do then if the press-ons they send the customer are too big or too small? :/ I've been considering switching from sizing kits to the coin method to avoid paying shipping for the sizing kits and keep costs down, but I'm just afraid I'll have to paint extra nail sets if I'm between two sizes for a nail and can't decide... Plus there's the whole aspect of camera perspectives messing everything up...

It’s a possibility but there’s really no way around that. You have to accommodate the customer if something like that goes wrong and will more than likely have to make more

Hello, This is my 1st time seeing you or your chanel. I have a few questions, and I personally hate when people watch 1 video and then ask questions that were answered in the last 50, but I gotta run out the door - so I'm asking... lol please forgive me, I promise to watch more when home... :) 1st let me say, that little nugget about the shadow around the dime, was priceless!! For me anyways, I already knew the dime hack, but watching for the shadow, brilliant!! And so easily over looked - so thanks for that.. So, I am trying to learn press ons, and the one thing I've heard consistently, is, hard gel and acrylic can cause tips to shrink, so don't use it. So, I gotta ask why are you using acrylic? Because you gotta polish anyways, doesn't doing acrylics up your costs? So again, why use? On the one nail that you said was a tad big, and you needed to file the sides, can I ask why you didn't file those sides, before applying the acrylic? It would have been easier to file without product. A suggestion for you, file the underside of you tip with a smaller bit, like a diamond file, so you don't lose your c curve. Your mandrel is to big. Your one of the only people I've seen file the underside of the tip, like I do. A lot of watching you, reminded me, of myself... lol I keep saying, Me Too.. lol I cannot draw either.. May I ask if you are a Pro Tech? Can I ask how you get discount codes from companies to hand out? How do you also get companies to send you free products to use/giveaway. How did the tips turn out? Did they fit her? Not sure if you said and I missed, what kind of tips are those? It's funny you mentioned Val, as Val always says - nobody knows me or that I'm alive... and you go and mention her .. lol I thank you in advance for all the questions I just asked, sorry this message is a tad scatter brained, I am running out the door and did it fast...
