I don’t want any children myself and I feel like there’s this idea that you either have to want them, or hate them. I do not hate children in the slightest. Sometimes I fall into that “ugh baby go away” mindset but then I’m like wait?? I just don’t want them myself! I know I wouldn’t be a good parent, I get too overstimulated and can barely take care of myself but I think it’s a beautiful thing for the people who want it. I wish more people could accept the middle ground of “just because I don’t want to parent doesn’t mean that it’s not a great joy for many” or “parenting is my greatest joy but I understand that some people don’t have the right lifestyle”

So my first pregnancy was an intentional accident... It took 3 yrs and I had given up... The first time I saw his hand or foot press up like alien I felt the exact way and then I pushed back and it was like a bonding moment... My baby was connected to me like no one ever will... With my second son I couldn't wait until I could interact with him in my belly... The birthing process sucks don't get me wrong but it's definitely not the worst thing I've ever felt.... I was in more pain after my surgeries... I got an episiotomy both times which is truly the worst part is the healing... Being a mom is stressful as F but very rewarding if that's what you want, if not I recommend sticking with animals they're stressful in the most basic way instead of trying to teach a screaming toddler....

I was TERRIFIED to be pregnant too, but something just happens chemically in your body, and you are no longer as afraid. It's really weird. I went through it twice and wouldn't change it for the world. ❤

why do some people feel the need to shove their motherhood in everyone's face?
@nickdetsch34166 ай бұрын
I actually learned this myself because I move in my sleep (i.e. punch, kick, try to run while laying down, etc... yes I know... poor girlfriend x.x). basically the reason you feel like you're running in slow motion is because your body is trying to fire off the muscles to perform the action your brain is telling it to do but your body is in a shutdown mode while your sleep and sometimes tangled up in blankets etc. so the result is your brain (in your dreams) finding it more difficult to perform those actions and relaying that in your dreams

“Disney did something good here” Ok my biggest irrational pet peeve is when people mix up animation studios (calling Disney Pixar, calling dreamworld illuminations, etc) How to train your Dragon isn’t Disney is Dreamworks. I’m literally the worst but I needed to say this 😭

5:20 Feeling like you run in slow motion in dreams is often attributed to the way your brain processes information during REM sleep, where most dreaming occurs; essentially, your brain might be simulating movement at a slower pace than in reality, making it feel like you're moving sluggishly even when trying to run fast.

Years ago, i realized that there are actually different bone structures, and I'm between medium and large with broad shoulders. I have the Germanic build, and I'm proud of it. As you said, we're strong. 💪

15:08 I used to be *OBSESSED* with HTTYD when I was little. And when I say obsessed, I mean obsessed. I had shirts, hoodies, posters, drawings, little printed screenshots of Toothless on my wall. And I always played those random Roblox games that you could, like, be a dragon? Idek, man, I watched all those movies and every single show probably about 8 times.
