Soph I feel your pain. I lost my baby 2 months ago she was 19 and I had her since I was 4. I was devastated. For me I couldn’t look at her picture for days I couldn’t even say her name without bursting into tears. It is hard my advise is just take each day as it comes if your sad that’s okay if your happy that’s okay too. Take time for yourself allow yourself to grieve and heal. Sending my love ❤️❤️

i lost one of my childhood cats a little while ago, and thankfully her twin brother is still with us. But me and her had this connection that i dont know if i will ever have with another cat. She slept on my bed with me every single night, she knew when i was sad and she would comfort me, and when she fell sick she would only ever trust me with her. Oh honey... I'm so so sorry you lost your cat. I completely understand how upset and sad you are. One of my kitties died very young two years back and I still bawl my eyes out some times. It'll become less with time and I can now smile and laugh looking at funny pictures, cute videos of her. But her loss will be felt until we meet again one day (and the idea of losing one of my other two cats completely freaks me out- one of them is my esa too). I lost my furry friend crystal 1 month ago, she was only nine and I got her when I was 5, she was my everything and I felt so guilty when she passed as she got hit by a car right outside my house when she was in the way back home at night but I was away that night at a sleepover and I know she would of been with me if I was there. It was so hard for long, every day I expected her to walk through the door but she’s living in my heart and memories now. I still get upset and find I need to just cry and let it all out but the recent addition of my kitten Kiko has reminded me about how I was crystals world and she loved every minute on this earth because I was there for her for so long. A few years ago I lost my dog and it was awful, to the point thinking about her makes me cry and I didn't imagine that it would make me feel so much sadness and people talked about like "it's just a dog" didn't really help. So if you want to be sad, just be, cry your heart out cause keeping down is not gonna make it do away. And if you feel that is too much and you can't handle it, seek help.
