TIKTOK Made Me CUT UP My SQUISHMALLOWS! 💀

I've found tons of squishmallows at Five Below while squishmallow hunting, usually I customize & paint on them but today I've decided to cut them up because of some squishmallow TikTok videos I saw. I've found quite a few squishmallows, even some rare squishmallows at Five Below, however there are some that I'm still hunting down. Today I'm going to be cutting up some of my top favorite squishmallows including Avery, Connor the cow squishmallow, Wendy the frog squishmallow, and Caylee the caticorn. This is my first time cutting up squishmallows, I just saw it on Squishmallow TikTok and decided to give it a try. This video isn't exactly a tutorial, hopefully you can still get an idea of how I did things by watching it though! I like customizing things and turning them EVIL, it's kind of my thing. In fact I have quite a few series where I do some cheap diys that end up looking pretty chaotic. I hope you like what I made!

I don’t know why I expected him to actually sew. I suppose that the seamstress in me just really want him to know the joy (and pain) of sewing. But at least for me it’s an extra added layer of pain… good job

Oh same! It hurts when people don't take apart the seams lol. And I was thinking if he knew how to get the pattern when taking it apart then he could really make his own. But then I remembered there are other people who don't sew lol.

I would think even just sewing embroidery floss with a chonky needle (or curved upholstery needle) would be easier than doing needle felting. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Don’t worry about cutting them up, you’re totally fine! People customize squishmallows all the time. Also eyelashes aren’t what makes them a girl or not. I would just check the pronouns in the bio on the inside of the tag. Love your videos!!!!

Some people like talking about their stuffed animals like that. Others don't have emotional attachments to objects and just call them "things".

Another tiktok plushie project that would be cool to see you try is the one where you make clay face plates to put on them to make creepy cute custom plushies Also fun fact! The fabric and stuffing in squish mallows and similar plushies are called mochi minky and mochi stuffing: they're what give squishmallows their unique soft and squishy texture

Hey a baseball stitch is pretty easy, I had to learn it when I was taking embalming classes. Might be kinda fun if you learned it, and tried it on some projects. I mean the type of stich used on corpses how much creepier can you get lol?

i want that caticorn so much. wish we had something like 5 below in canada that sold these on the cheap. if you are ever wanting to get more stuffing search for silky fibre fill, its the same stuff. i recently needed to restuff a squish plush and its exactly the same.
