I think it depends, when I was in marching band it would always be miserable at first and then after like an hour I wouldn't have cramps anymore. However, the really heavy flow days where I was cramping so bad I could barely walk it definitely didn't help. Exercise helps mild cramps for me but not the bad ones, which is what I typically have

@@victorianokes9043 hey! With silver jewellery it reacts to moisture in the air which can make it turn a brassy colour! when you have period cramps it is more helpful to warm your lower back because there are the arteries that supply the uterus with blood, which dilate with heat. often, cramps occur when the blood flow to the uterus is decreased. movement can also stimulate circulation.

I initially had a negative reaction to the Wild deodorant. Really irritated my skin, thought my pits were bleeding! I stuck with it and after a couple weeks, I can use it with no problems. It also completely stops me from smelling! I apply quite a lot and kind massage it in all over the place which I think is key since it doesn't stop you from sweating, so you need to apply it in a larger area than traditional antiperspirants.

For the earring that doesn’t feel as secure - try pushing up the post slightly. I have some earrings in that style and they get loose when the post (bit that goes in your ear) starts to sink down. Wouldn’t recommend moving it around too much but if you’re able to nudge it upwards slightly it might help when you close it.

Love all of Sophs videos🥰Bad Period pain is not always normal. And is one of the main symptoms of endometriosis😩I have stage 4 and a tens machine is definitely more helpful!😊 i hate how normalising period pain is being portrayed to lots of young women😩 especially now when endometriosis is as common as Diabetes! 😩 girlies go to the GP if you suffer with period pains💗💗

I’m currently being testing for ‘woman issues’ as such too, horrific pain and horrendous bleeding even thigh I’ve been on depo injection for 2 years. What a life :(

My FEMALE doctor told me to get over it and practically laughed at my suggestions it could be something like endo 🙃 Still so wrong and backwards women are expected to get on with pain like its normal but when men are in pain doctors will move mountains for them I swear!

Exactly what I came to the comments to say! I feel for you so much as I've also got stage 4 Endo. I thought my awful pain was normal! Seeing Soph in pain nearly gave me PTSD ☹️💛

@Alice I hate hearing these all too common stories, we know our bodies and should be taken seriously 😤 It took me going to numerous dr's before I was finally referred to a specialist. The only way to accurately diagnose Endo is through key hole surgery. I wish you luck and keep persevering! 💛

@user-yp3lm7yv6z I've been thru this as well. I woukd think a woman wiukd hsve some empathy. I didn't realize but onky about 50% of women get moderate to severe cramps and about 20% of women do not get cramps at all!! WTF?!? I LIVE ON PAIN MEDS AND HEST PADS FOR 1 WEEK EVERY MONTH. If I didn't have pain meds and heating pads, I wouldn't be able to function.

I have the perfume issue with the brand L'erbolario and I own 3 of their perfumes. The first spray is quite intense and sometimes you just get a waft of alcohol. Like the tea leaves perfume on the first spray it smells like alcohol but once it dies down after a few minutes you get this fresh aroma of Oolong tea leaves and mint that is simply spectacular. Almost the same happens with the Fior di Salina perfume which is my absolute favourite from them. It smells either too strong or like alcohol. Strangely it doesn't happen with my Indian Jasmine one. But probably because that perfume could turn a stinky bathroom upside down. I think I bought the most intense perfume on the entire website.

You get the same effect when you use the revlon dryer brush and twist it vertically as you dry and leave the hair to cool in twists. Takes minutes and gives bouncey blow dry effect

My fiancé got me the Maia for Christmas as well! So funny, I didn’t ask for it either but he got targeted ads and thought that it would be a nice thing to help with my period cramps and back pain. Anyway, I’m a big fan, I really like it. My cramps aren’t too bad but it’s also great for the back pain that I get when I’m on my period (or just any back pain I get like after work or standing/walking around for long periods of time).

Thank you for the review on the period cramp device. I get wild pains. It’s all or nothing (like, stomach, back, butt muscles, down the from of my thighs and into my knees) and I was curious about it (bits it soo expensive) but I don’t think it will help me much. So again, thank you ❤

Have you tried a TENS machine for period pains? I did used to have worse cramping than I do now and I used to have to have it full wack to drown out the cramps, but it definitely helps me! 😅

Regarding the rattling of the CT highlighter.. I found this exact issue with the new brightening pressed powder too and it spins in the compact if you try to swipe the product. Contacted customer services and they said this is normal as it’s the refillable packaging 👀 they said to put a tiny bit of eyelash glue on the back of the pan to stop it if necessary.. doesn’t stop me from using the product but it is incredibly annoying and not very user friendly considering the price 😳😳

Hmm yeah you’d think they could make it a little more snug or put a little bit of glue there but not enough to stick it down permanently! 😢

If you haven’t been checked for endometriosis, you might want to. I had terrible period cramps my whole life. Last year I had an issue with my Fallopian tubes and had to have them removed. While they were in there, they found out I have endometriosis and they cut away a ton of scar tissue. Now I have VERY minimal pain and much easier periods.

I was looking forward to seeing your review on the period cramp device because I have severe endometriosis and whilst waiting for urgent surgery I’m on paracetamol, a fentanyl patch, pregabalin AND extra morphine when it gets really bad 😩 I was hoping this might be some sort of miracle worker and I’m at the point now where I’m willing to try anything that will reduce the amount of medication I need, but your review has just saved me £90, so thank you!

@@SW-rz5oe Yeah, I know, it would just be nice to reduce the meds a little bit at least 😞 It definitely doesn’t sound hotter than a hot water bottle either. Even the microwave wheat bags aren’t hot enough for me now!

I can’t recommend the Mirena coil enough. I have suspected endo and it stops my period, pelvic congestion and stomach pains, can be more uncomfortable if you haven’t had a child but you can get local anaesthetic. Genuinely changed my life

I have the kyleena it saved my life no periods since it was fitted! It's got the least amount of hormones of all birth control that was a concern I had when wanting to start birth control for periods. It's been amazing for me nothing bad to say. My area didnt offer anaesthetic which they should I have a high pain tolerance and it was torture but a short term pain that's saved me from 2 years of regular agonising period pain so far seems worth it to me! If anyone reads our comments I hope it helps stop the stigma of coils its something worth speaking to a doctor about.

They should always offer it but usually you have to ask for it. They may try to put you off having anaesthetic but it’s deffo available
