Speaking from the fact that I personally knew someone who was in this situation. They were not having a good relationship with their SO, because they found out that they were pretty much a controlling narcissist. So Person A (The one I knew) stood their ground and fought for their rights. They had not had sex for years at that point. Yet the SO still and went out to cheat instead of talking things through or changing themselves for the better. And they STILL had the audacity to blame person A for not being love-dovey with them in the first place. And that after all that, they still wanted to be intimate as if nothing happened at all. No apologies. It makes me sick, because what SO wanted was a slave and a robot.
