about one hour, maybe bit less have a shower. (I know it may be hard but nothing in life is easy) shower in cold water ~1 minute Then switch to hot water ~1 minute Repeat 3 times. After this drink warm milk. Then you go to sleep. If you can, sleeping naked can make it much eaisier to fall asleep. If it helps you turn on some background noise it can be white noise, audiobooks, sounds of nature. Whatever works for you. When you try to fall asleep use the military technique and repeat in your head "dont think"
