6-8 jumbo shrimp
crab legs
2 eggs boiled
sausage
2 packs ramen noodles
1 onion diced
1/2 tbsp minced garlic
2 Bay leaves
1/2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
2 cups broth chicken or seafood
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp Old Bay
1 tbsp No Salt Cajun Cooking With Tammy Cajun Seasoning preferred
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp lemon pepper
1/4 tsp chili powder
hot sauce
parsley to garnish
Brown the sausages, reserve and boil the eggs.
Boil crab legs to heat them up and remove excess salt for about 10 minutes.
To a separate skillet add butter and onions, after 1 minute add minced garlic.
Add ramen to a separate pot and boil to desired preference.
Add seasonings to the butter and combine.
Add the broth and stir. add the hot sauce, Add the shrimp and re-add the sausage back to the skillet. Cook the sauce until the shrimp is fully cooked.
Deshell the eggs and rinse with cold water.
Plate your ramen and drizzle the Cajun seafood boil sauce unto the ramen and garnish with parsley.
Serve on up!
